About the poultry farm

The poultry farm was established in 1961 in Zarasai, in the most lake-filled region, on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by long-lived pine trees.
Since its establishment, it has been constantly improved taking into account new technologies and the poultry farm's capacity. The hatching pens, heating and lighting systems have been updated.

Egg production

Newly hatched chickens come to the poultry farm, are fed special feed until the appropriate age and are constantly monitored, and when they reach egg-laying age, they are transferred to a free-range chicken farm.

Chickens and their keeping

In our poultry farm, chickens are free! They can move freely throughout the entire farm and even go outside!
As animal lovers, we care about the constant well-being of the chickens, provide only the cleanest water, and produce the feed ourselves, taking into account the age and seasonality of the chickens.
